We are looking for a General Manager to lead our company's operations and growth.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, including sales strategy, finance, marketing, human resources, and customer service.


To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a General Manager or a similar executive role.

You should also have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a vision for the future of our company.

You should be able to handle complex challenges, make sound decisions, and drive performance and innovation.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic plans and policies to align with our company's vision and mission
  • Manage the overall operations and performance of our company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability
  • Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and cash flow
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and regulators
  • Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and diversity
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards and regulations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes and systems to optimize performance and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' activities

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager or a similar executive role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of business functions and processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese as it will be frequently used with business stakeholders from China
