- Deployment support and user assistance
- Provide trainings to the users
- Define a change management plan
- Bachelor or master's degree in either Business, Engineering, or Organizational Development/Human Resources
- You have a first experience on HRIS Projects (support, implement, run, migration)
- Knowlegde in the configuration of one of our SaaS HR/Cloud Solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Talentsoft, Oracle HCM Cloud , Cornerstone, Neocase...)
- Any certifications provided are considered advantageous.
- You are a very good communicant, with a good capacity to adapt, and a strong dynamism
- You are responsive in your communication
- You are fluent in French & English
