The Savills International Residential Sales (IRS) team works with private and institutional clients on all types of international property transactions.

We offer an all-ecompassing service to buyers and sellers abroad which can include boutique development, mixed use schemes and help to acquire sites for development with the mindset that clients are at the core of our offering.

The positions available are as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Market and sell overseas residential projects, primarily in the UK
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with potential customers, including attending networking events, meeting with potential clients, and following up on leads.
  • Conduct market research of existing and future international residential projects
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Weekly reporting on all sales and marketing activities to the HOD and regional teams.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all transactions, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Assist in tracking and providing feedback on current market conditions, customers' buying trend and competitors activities
  • Travel will be required for launches and marketing events

REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
  • CEA License is required.
  • Min 58 years' experience in sales and marketing of overseas project marketing preferred (Senior Manager).
  • Min 35 years' experience in sales and marketing of overseas project marketing preferred (Manager).
  • Strong background in international transactions and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Mandarin being an advantage to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and investors.
