  • Experience: 6 to 10+ years
  • An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Responsibilities:


  • Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
  • Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
  • Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
  • Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
  • Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
  • Act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members.
  • Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.
  • Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Qualifications:

Education:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (such as Oracle certifications) are a plus.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including configuration, customization, and integration. Knowledge of Oracle tools like Application Composer, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle Financial Reporting Studio.

Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, principles, and best practices. Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, convey complex ideas clearly, and provide training and support to end-users.

Analytical Thinking:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and optimize system performance.

Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Team Player:
Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
