Salary:
$4,000-$6,000
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee an established childcare centre to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Oversee scheduling and planning of staff scheduling and child's daily routine to ensure well-being of the children in center
Work closely with external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and best support
Work closely with management and rest of the teaching and non-teaching team to ensure staff well-being and morale
Support enrollment and be a spokesperson for the school's Montessori system to be able to explain benefits of the system to parents
Build rapport with student and parents in order to facilitate open communication and trust.
Prepare/Review lessons plans, conduct lesson evaluation, prepare/review teaching aids and review children's portfolio in order to facilitate the optimal development of each child
Plan, organize, oversee and participate in school activities inside and outside of the class in order to extend and the experiences and development of the children
Requirements:
Diploma in Preschool Teaching / Early Childhood Care & Education–Leadership (DECCE-L) or higher
min 2 years in teaching position certify as L2 by ECDA
