Project Engineer - Singapore - SINGAPORE WEFIC OCEAN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.

Description

• Manage project schedule and ensure that goods are delivered ontime in accordance with demand and goods availability.
• Liaise with customer on project related activities.
• Provide engineering support to the manufacturing plant for wellhead and X'mas tree projects such as to resolve nonconformance.
• Coordinate among various departments in the plant and Singapore design office to ensure seamless project execution.
• Organize project kickoff meetings and regular project meetings.
• Travel to vendors or customers' facilities for meeting and discussion.
• Participate in contract review with Singapore commercial team upon receiving customer order.
• Involve in engineering review with Singapore engineering team to provide input from manufacturing plant.
• Manage and monitor project cost.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as System or Product Design Engineer in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with API 6A, Surface Wellhead and X'mas tree product.
• Possess good project management skills and good Subsea products knowledge will be an added advantage.
• A team player with good working attitude and ability to work with all levels of stakeholders.
• Can work under a fast pace environment with tight schedule.
• Ability to travel frequently (about 50%).
• Meticulous and particular about product quality.
• Independent, resourceful and responsible.
• Proactive with ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
