Assemble, gather and document for shipping and conform to Trade Regulatory:
Maintain and manage filing on all outgoing orders
Respond to customer inquiries on shipping issues

Assist Shipping Executive in Initiate and implement best practices in shipping processes:

Liaise with freight forwarders on Shipment Bookings:

Assist in liaising with customers service and freight forwarders on delivery and schedules:

Coordinate and liaise with CSR, overseas principal, overseas agents for export shipment:
