Job Description

• Providing assistance to stores in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, profitability, and service standards.
• Leading a team of Store Managers to attain business goals and ensure operational excellence in store management and service delivery.
• Analyzing reports and market trends, and collaborating with internal departments to identify opportunities and implement strategies.
• Evaluating store layouts and workflows to propose practical measures for enhancing business performance.
• Adhering to company protocols consistently to safeguard valuable assets, including personnel, and achieve company KPIs.
• Assessing retail environments surrounding stores to pinpoint areas for potential improvement.

The Successful Applicant

• At least a diploma holder with a strong enthusiasm for retail management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in operational roles within a similar capacity.
• Familiarity with the Retail/ Health & Beauty industries.
• Demonstrates robust leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and people management skills.
• Proficient in coaching and supervision.
