Requirements:


  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent from an University recognised by Board of Architect, Singapore.
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant site working experience.
  • The Resident Architect will assist in the management and coordination of architectural related issues.
  • Mature, possess leadership quality and have effective communication skills to be able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work as a team.
  • Familiarity with large scale institutional projects, in particular those healthcare in nature.
  • Experience in the supervision of building construction, architectural and ID fitting out works.
  • Experience with healthcare projects will be advantageous.
