Description
Job Scope and Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor to facilitate engineering solutions by visiting customers regularly, providing presales and post sales support.
- Work with sales teams to interpret customer requirements, deliver solutions and manage customer expectations with the endgoal of sales in mind
- Work as a consultant to the sales teams and clients to problemsolve and make recommendations during the sales process.
- Offer workable solutions to help solve customers' problems.
- Participate in technical discussions with the client's engineering or maintenance teams and address any process or engineering concerns.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects.
- Effectively tailor presentations for customers and special events.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Communicate and negotiate with Principals/suppliers to bring the most costeffective benefits and solutions to customers.
- Act as an intermediary between customers and suppliers to address any technical requirements and clarifications.
- Develop technical solutions in engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Support the project teams by engaging in technical discussions with customers and suppliers to ensure that project is delivered on time and with budget.
