Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor to facilitate engineering solutions by visiting customers regularly, providing presales and post sales support.
  • Work with sales teams to interpret customer requirements, deliver solutions and manage customer expectations with the endgoal of sales in mind
  • Work as a consultant to the sales teams and clients to problemsolve and make recommendations during the sales process.
  • Offer workable solutions to help solve customers' problems.
  • Participate in technical discussions with the client's engineering or maintenance teams and address any process or engineering concerns.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects.
  • Effectively tailor presentations for customers and special events.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Communicate and negotiate with Principals/suppliers to bring the most costeffective benefits and solutions to customers.
  • Act as an intermediary between customers and suppliers to address any technical requirements and clarifications.
  • Develop technical solutions in engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Support the project teams by engaging in technical discussions with customers and suppliers to ensure that project is delivered on time and with budget.
