We are looking for an experienced, service-driven leader to fill the role of Management Executive for our establishments.

This role requires the individual to take control of the daily service operations, from its people to the surroundings, taking into meticulous consideration the operational needs of the establishment.

Familiarity with back-end service operations, grievance procedures and training plans is critical in surpassing the industry service standards.

You'll be-in charge of:

Involved in the daily restaurant operations; ensure the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards
Managing stocks and inventories
Building and maintaining guest relationships
Attending to any feedback or complaints
Maintaining a good housekeeping regime and report any defects in furniture, fixtures and equipment
Participating in and lead training sessions, briefings and team meetings
Managing assigned sections to provide an awesome service experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
Excellent on communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced working in a similar capacity (fine dining)
Able to multitask and extremely detail oriented
Able to positively influence employee behaviour
