    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare & collate housekeeping data
    • Upkeep tracking indicators of various internal records
    • Generate reports (routine work, weekly & monthly, ad-hoc basis) and provide routine updates as needed
    • Prepare presentation to the management & clients
    • Upkeep housekeeping records in archive (sharepoint & hardcopy)
    • Any other ad-hoc job as assigned by Resident Manager

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma in relevant course of study
    • 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, powerpoint etc)
    • Able to work independently and perform well as a team player
    • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • 5.5days or 5days
    • Workplace: Airport terminal
