Responsibilities:


  • You will participate in the new implementation and deployment process of ERP system, planning and evaluating the company's financial reporting and internal control needs.
  • You will be responsible for the security and integrity of financial data in the ERP system and develop data backup and recovery strategies.
  • You will use ERP systems to generate various financial statements analytics to provide management with decision support and strategic recommendations.
  • You will assist in planning and evaluating the company's financial system infrastructure needs, including hardware, software, and network requirements.
  • You will develop internal user training, help colleagues to familiar with the EPR system.
  • You will coordinate with system engineers to write the script and test for the results.

Education Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance or computerrelated field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in setting up sales, procurement, and financerelated modules of ERP system (Oracle Netsuite First is preferred).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be fluent in Chinese and English, able to liaise with Chinese counter parts.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies of financial and ERP systems.
