Description

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product skills.
• Understands client requirements and translate these to system features/solutions.
• Configures and customises CRM solutions.
• Create functional design specifications and end-user documents.
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement- Customization & Configuration, Plug-ins, Workflows, JavaScript.
• Conducts system testing and client demo.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Experience in Office 365 Administration, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan
• Some consulting experience working with external clients
• Experience working with global/offshore teams
• Dynamics 365 certification
