- Configures and customises CRM solutions.
- Create functional design specifications and end-user documents.
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement- Customization & Configuration, Plug-ins, Workflows, JavaScript.
- Conducts system testing and client demo.
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience in Office 365 Administration, Power Automate, Power Apps
- Client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan
- Some consulting experience working with external clients
- Experience working with global/offshore teams
- Dynamics 365 certification
