Description
Collate and analyze statistics

  • Ensure established procedures and controls are adhered
  • Perform selfassessment of BAU processes
  • Assist in implementing controls, governance processes, enhancing and updating of policies and procedures
  • Participate in projects
  • Generate reports and review of exception reports
  • Assist in incident/crisis management handling

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree and preferably with working experience within the financial industry.
  • GCE "A" level or Diploma holder in any discipline with relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service Background/ Helpdesk Support/ Telesales/ with Banking will be advantage
  • Adhoc Weekend support required from time to time on rotational basis (Usually weehours support)
  • Dynamic work environment with rotational job scope
