Join our team at COMO Metropolitan Singapore! Job Responsibilities

Rotate through room service, lounge, and rooftop bar.
Deliver food from the restaurant to guests.
Create and serve an array of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with style, accuracy, and imagination.
Keep the bar area clean and well-maintained, restock supplies, and ensure all equipment is in top condition.
Interact with guests warmly and amiably, grasp their preferences to recommend the perfect beverage for their taste and mood.
Supervise beverage stock, place supply orders, and manage inventory efficiently while upholding quality standards and budget constraints.

Job Requirements

Possess relevant alcohol service knowledge and certification.
Friendly and engaging demeanor that naturally attracts guests, fostering a welcoming and pleasant ambiance.
Maintain a professional appearance, effortlessly engage with guests and colleagues.
Flexible with varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Exhibit good personal hygiene and demonstrate discipline in keeping the bar and workstations clean.
