    Description
    Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the sales activities in North & South Asia (excluding China, Hong Kong & Taiwan)

    Responsibilities:


    Manage the sales of direct account and distributor account to ensure consistent growth in sales revenues, meet and exceed all sales targets assigned to the regionsFollow and ensure smooth introduction of new project & new product including sample delivery, customer meeting, etc.

    Identify new opportunities, develop and implement sales development plan to ensure good quality project pipelines consistentlyCollaborate with Product Line team, internal planning team, and distributors to ensure successful project win and smooth delivery & shipmentRequirements:

    Bachelor Degree in Science/ Engineering or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales account management, or component distributor management experience in B2B marketAt least 2 years gained from sizeable organizations or MNCs is preferredSolid exposure in FMCG, consumer electronics market and/or battery industry is highly preferredStrong business acumen, strategic thinking and financial senseGood presentation, communication and influencing skillsTarget-oriented, passionate and able to work independentlyHands-on and willing to follow through the entire sales process including sales administrationHands on computer skills such as MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint applicationsGood command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin as liaison with China counterparts is requiredCandidates who can communicate in a 3rd language preferably Korean or Japanese language or have experience in managing Korea or Japan industrial markets will have an added advantageOccasional travel to Asian countries is requiredWe offer attractive salary, fringe benefits and long-term career development opportunities to the right candidate.
