QC/QA Manager - Singapore - NAM LEE PRESSED METAL PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:
Understanding the customer's needs and requirements and the quality standards of the production teams.

Developing ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.

Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.

Maintaining documentation related to various quality systems and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulation.

Liaise with certification body on all matters relating to audits.

Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.


Requirements:
Must possess a Technical/Engineering, Degree, Diploma or related qualifications

Have a minimum of five years' experience in heavy metal fabrication - Aluminium and Stainless Steel or related industry.

Demonstrate strong leadership organizing and communication skills.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Required skill (s) : MS Excel, MS Office

In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures
