**Job Descriptions: - Monitor quality of extrusion fabrication outputs and safety of extrusion operations

  • Trains and reinforces employees on machine operation, safety and company policies
  • Inspect fabrication outputs to check for inconsistencies and deviations from established quality standards
  • Maintains fabrication work flow, processes and machineries
  • Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines
  • Ensures that production is being accomplished as per production schedule and specifications
  • Monitor team and work procedures to meet production schedules
  • Provide direction of projects tasks and hold all team members accountable for safety, quality and production
  • Conduct daily briefing with crew to review production goals and performance feedback

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a production engineer in construction or manufacturing environment
  • Indepth knowledge of extrusion procedures, equipment and WSH guidelines
  • Able to read and interpret construction blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Problemsolving abilities
  • Able to use a variety of material handling and fabrication equipment.
