    About This Role

    This role requires the individual to possess good communication skills and be able to see to needs of the customer. Having an eye to detail is a strong attribute that is also required.

    Job Description

    • Registration and verification of applications and documents
    • Assist applicants/visitors with their appointments
    • Perform registration counter duties
    • Any other administrative duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service is provided to our customers

    Requirements

    • Minimum O-Levels qualification or equivalent
    • Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Be able to work independently as well as in a team
    • Basic administrative and computer skills

    Other Information

    • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 0750h - 1735h)
