Reporting to:
GM-Sales & Marketing


Responsibilities:


(1) Finance:


  • Handles full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions including receiving of vendor invoices, verifying and matching of invoices, process payments, taxes and bank account reconciliation;
  • Responsible for entering invoices/billings into accounting systems, MYOB;
  • Manage accruals of expenses incurred and the reconciliation of accounts;
  • Maintain all Ledgers, Journals and other accounting records of the company; ensure timely submission of quarterly GST filing with IRAS;
  • Ensure all expenses are filed, stored, archived and retrievable for audits, according to the company's documentation management policy;
  • Liaise with Bank and various departments on operational matters; including the Davos group, related companies & group finance based in Malaysia;
  • Assist with the company's financial closing process (Monthly, Quarterly & Year End)
  • Assist in works relating to audit (Internal / External) for AP transactions and other matters pertaining to corporate taxes and corporate secretarial;
  • Ensure the company maintains a high standard in reporting and control as well as compliance with accounting/financial policies and procedures;

(2) Human Resources & Office Management:

  • Handles the full spectrum of Human Resources which includes: Recruitment, Staff Benefits, Staff Welfare and Payroll; Ensures timely submission of staff monthly CPF contributions to CPF Board & yearly filing of staff income declaration to IRAS;
  • Handles Staff Medical Insurance and Corporate Insurance coverages to ensure meeting Corporate requirements and local legislation;
  • Handles the Office Management of the company which includes: generating of purchase order, purchases of office supplies, stationeries, cleaning and related task; ensure meeting the company's housekeeping standards; Including liaising with Landlord and Local Statutory authorities;
  • Any other duties & responsibilities as and when assigned by your superior;

Requirements:


  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 to 5 years of related experience preferably in a similar industries;
  • Must be resultoriented, handson, assertive, diligent as well as with strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Selfmotivated, responsible, confident and able to function independently;
  • Competent in PC Accounting Software MYOB, Microsoft Office 365, etc;
