Senior Dental Surgery Assistant

The main role, detailed below:

• Dental Specialist Team Coordinator.

• Dental Specialist Team Logistics in charge.

• Dental Specialist Team Trainer.

Responsibilities will include:

• General Dental Practitioner, Endodontist, Orthodontist, Peridontist, Prosthodontist, Paedodontist, Oral Surgeon.
• Planning, coordinating, and delivering systems training to all Specialist team staff.
• Assisting with the writing of training materials and training plans.
• Anticipate the requirements of the dentist.
• Prepare materials, dental instruments, and equipment as required.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor cases being sent to and received from the lab(s)
• Prepare cases (as instructed by the Dentist) to be delivered to the Dental Lab by the Front Desk
• Continually identify and make appropriate improvements with the customer service team at the Front Desk of the clinic.
• Responsible for gathering patients' feedback forms and handling patient feedback.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Clinic IC(s) or District Manager(s).

Work location: Tampines and Bedok clinic.
