Senior Software Engineer

Business & Team:
Business Banking, Digital domain

Roles & responsibilities:

Lead API development and integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and system interaction.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
Work closely with product management to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Implement robust security measures, data protection strategies, and failsafe redundancy features.

E ssential skills**:

C#,.NET core, API, AWS, REACT, ORM (optional), Containers, Problem solving, DevSecOps mindset.
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a strong focus on React,.NET, and AWS.
Extensive experience with API development and integration.
Proven team management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent problemsolving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
