Job scope
A. Gather market intelligence data for Coking Coal, PCI, Anthracite and thermal coals. Analyze such data and present them in the usable format for trading purposes.

B. Collect and consolidate data from various sources including market databases, industry reports and internal systems.

C. Creative visually compelling charts, graphs and presentations to communicate complex data insights effectively.

D. Connecting the reported market "heards" of deals to vessels, track prices and inventory for each vessel.

E. Partnering with the trading team to identify opportunities, support negotiations and customer/supplier engagements.

F. Developing an independent view of short-term pricing of metallurgical and thermal coals.

G. Profiling the existing and potential customers. Gather and collate information on production and consumption of raw material (mainly coal) of each customer.

H. Profiling of miners - major, mid-sized and small across the globe

I. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and trading teams.

Requirements:

Three to five years of experience in a similar role with miners, consultants, banks or financial institutions is preferred.

B. Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure.

C. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar

D. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment.

E. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

F. Should be able to travel (in-frequent)

G. At least two verifiable references (at least one from the existing job will be preferred)
