Description
1. Attend to customer/ showroom enquiry pertaining to pre-delivery issues.- Prepare, consolidate and monitor all documents for order fulfillment.
- Prepare Picking List.
- Call and inform customers on delivery status.
- Prepare delivery schedule.
- Liaise and coordinate with warehouse and delivery staff/ customers/ suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Investigate and resolve orders/ deliveries that are late or have discrepancies.
- Maintain proper and effective filing system.
- Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the company.
Requirement:
- At least 12 Years of Experience in related field
- Confident in liaising with suppliers/customers
Job Types:

Salary:
$1, $2,400.00 per month
