How we work?


In the Team you will find people who are interested in Forex, Stock Market and Crypto trading so - no worries - training will be provided and we teach you everything This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to learn and grow in the financial markets.


We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office from time to time with respect to your own commitments.


By the end of the first month you will learn how to:

  • Call or live chat (WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger) with prospective OANDA Clients.
  • Guide Clients to place trades on their Demo Accounts.
  • Document all Client communications in Salesforce.
  • Pass any account opening enquiries to the account executives.
  • Work to company policies, processes, procedures and standards.

Requirements:


  • University degree preferably in Finance/Economics/Accounting etc.
  • Passion for Forex, Stock Market and Crypto trading or previous experience in trading (on a live or demo environment) will be a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivation with positive work attitude.
