Description

Our Client is a leading Japanese entertainment company, producer of collectible card games and trading cards. They are looking for a Senior Event Executive to join their team.

Challenges:

• Organize company's official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
• Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for events and tournaments circuits
• Manage shop tournaments
• Manage PR materials to be used at events
• Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
• Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events

What it Takes:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
• Candidates with 3 year of relevant working experience would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Must have basic knowledge of social media management
• Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
