Admin & Ops Executive

  • Supports overall office operations and support for all company staff and ensures all departments are wellsupported in their respective tasks.
  • Ensure daily administrative and secretarial support to the team, including daily correspondences.
  • Perform general administrative tasks (arrange courier, ensure cleanliness of the office, maintain stationery and pantry, oversee vendor maintenance servicing for office, renew/ source for quotations).
  • Assist in paperwork handling, documentation and ensure accurate data entry into our systems (Finance
- assist with bill of lading and other documents, Accounts
- assist with scanning and updating, Operations
- assist with demurrage and vessel claims, Trading
- ad hoc).

  • Update invoices and financial cost attachments to inhouse system.
  • Prepare all staff expense claims to ensure that they are complete and comply with company policy.
  • Undertake adhoc duties, projects and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time (sourcing for company events and others)
  • Arrange, flight, hotel and transportation for management and staffs.

Other Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Self driven, proactive, meticulous and maintain high quality of work in terms of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Good team player and positive working attitude.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
