Responsibilities

Strategise and shape communications

Shape effective corporate communications through writing articles and advertorials for crossplatform communications
Craft speeches and media releases for optimal impact
Conceptualise creative news angles, perform media management functions and network with reporters
Track media mentions and measure ROI

Amplify the organisational brand

Oversee collateral publication

Conceptualise and implement marketing strategies

Work within the team to develop innovative and integrated communications and marketing campaigns
Identify key marketing platforms and target groups to promote SINDA programmes

Requirements:

A Diploma/Degree in mass communications/journalism/media communications, with at least twoyears' relevant experience preferred; Diploma/ Degree holders with no expereince are also welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of local media industry, with relevant media contacts
Knowledge of publication, production or design software will be an added advantage
Able to work independently and in a team
Good organisational and timemanagement skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across various levels.
Strong communication, business writing skills and knowledge of Tamil to create/oversee content for vernacular platforms.
Flexible to work on weekday evenings and weekends and in outdoor settings, when required
Able to participate in SINDAwide events, as required
