Job Purpose

This position reports to the Supervisor and interact with people of all levels (Internal and external organisations). Primarily job responsibility is to perform upkeep and building related repair works, plumbing and general works (like painting, hacking, and cleaning etc) to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Technical:

• Perform routine checklist and service reports for plumbing services like water tanks, pump etc.
• Installation/ replacement/ repair works of water pipes, taps, plumbing accessories including building fixtures
• Troubleshooting and repairing of malfunction equipment, appliance, and apparatus
• Perform painting, cleaning works etc

· Supply all relevant information to the Supervisor for review at the specified intervals set.

· Able to use hand and power tools

· Assist Licensed plumber as required

· Assist Supervisor with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.

Skill Requirements

· GCE "N" level or Nitec or equivalent

· Fresh graduate.

· Proven experience as handyman experience is most welcomed

· Class 3 Driving license will be an advantage
