The Opportunity

• Salary: Up to SGD 5500 (subjected to experience)

The Role

• Provide Treasury Operations support to all subsidiaries worldwide/globally
• Processing of trades and payments arising from Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Intercompany settlement,
• Processing Critical and urgent payments, confidential payments, Tax and custom duties payments, Customer refunds and misdirect payments
• Work with multiple countries and with Accounts Payable team to resolve day to day operational problems that arise related to payment processing activities
• Provide support on the processing of payroll payment files globally
• Foreign Exchange confirmations, matching of trades and net settlement activities
• Bank account reconciliation
• Preparing Treasury reports like Cash balance reporting
• Support and participate in ad-hoc Treasury projects

The Requirements

• Diploma or Degree, in accounting or finance
• Responsible, self-motivated, self-disciplined and detail oriented while in a fast paced and dynamic setting
• Able to handle highly confidential data
