Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Perform parameterization and customization in Avaloq Core Banking Platform
Analyse business requirements and design / propose software solutions
Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code to ensure best possible performance and quality
Provide technical expertise and support for internal and external stakeholders
Mentor and coach team members
Assist project / programme managers in project planning & project strategies

Requirements:

More than 5 years of development experience in Avaloq Core Banking Platform
Participation in multiple Avaloq Core Banking Platform implementations in various business / technical streams
Ability to develop high level software designs and solutions
Excellent analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving
Ability to articulate complex technical issues to business stakeholders
Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English
