What does the role involve?


We are looking for a high caliber Sales Manager with strong business acumen to unleash your high potential and leadership.

Our people come from different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance and consistent results. Sales Manager is highly impactful to our business, especially in driving the key account strategies of our corporate customers.

In order to do so, you would have to build strong rapport with key account customers and take the lead to drive top-down approach by penetrating their senior management level.

Understanding customers' needs and transforming it into our business opportunities will be crucial at all times.

As Sales Manager, you will proactively engage in building network with key players in oil & gas industry and other related associations.

What you need is:


  • You are attracted to our company culture, which is very downtoearth with a strong balance between performance drive and people orientation
  • Degree in business/engineering or other related disciplines
  • Preference of at least 5 years of sales experience in serving corporate accounts with proven success record (experience in oil & gas industry is an added plus)
  • Highly motivated and adaptable with a "cando" attitude
  • Strong winning resilient mindset and anticipates potential risks and challenges and identifies ways to mitigate
  • Someone with high ambition and potential to excel and develop their long term career at Hilti
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present, build and strengthen relationships with customer across different levels in their organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple topics with different stakeholders, building and maintaining and implementing territorial strategic plan.
  • A driving license is essential based on the nature of the position
