Job Description:

As the product owner, drive the end-to-end product development of insurance products, from ideation, design, technical development, testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.

Work closely with business team to design the right product and system architecture to support the business initiatives in our markets.

Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timeline. Develop detailed project plans, track and monitor progress and manage project risks.

Work with the tech and design team to deliver holistic insurance products and solutions, including but not limited to customer and policy administration, billing, claims management, product configurations, accounting and regulatory reporting, and etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, finance or related disciplines.
At least 1 year of experience in product development in insurtech/insurance/insurance broker companies.
Possess solid understanding on products, systems and flows relevant to insurance companies or brokers.
Strong communication skills with proficiency English and Mandarin to coordinate with internal stakeholders in Shenzhen.
Self-driven, positive attitude and team player striving for team success.
Comfortable with changes in a fast-paced environment.
