Responsibilities:


Lead and Manage the Production Facility to ensure cost effective release of products on time, in full, right quality without compromising safety.


Lead and Manage the Manufacturing Team to achieve targets and ensure administrative efficiency with performance assessments and interventions and compliance with policies and procedures.

Provide physical receipts and registration of incoming and outgoing products

Ensure smooth supply of materials and packaging materials to Production as per schedule

Maintain good housekeeping and conduct safety inspection on warehouse


Perform daily check and maintenance of the material handling equipment and ensure it is in a safe and efficient working condition.

Provide leadership to ensure workplace safety and compliance with corporate and local legislation.

Maintain good housekeeping and conduct safety inspection on warehouse

Report of near misses/accidents in a timely manner to the Manager


Requirement:

Commitment to and proven track record in safety excellence in a leadership position in manufacturing

Good experiences in chemical blending formulation

Lead and manage manufacturing team & resources in performing daily tasks in order to maintain smooth production operations and on-time delivery to customers (internal/external)
