We are looking to hire a Project Finance Analyst to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing of project estimate and forecast
• Tracking of project budget, ensuring it does not deviate from forecast
• Handle Invoicing and Billing, ensure accurate billing from vendor and payments are make accordingly.
• Ensure no duplicate payments are made, liaising with vendors and the relevant depts
• Monitoring project activities, particularly relating to project budget and expenses
• Work closely with PM on Project budget and Resource Budget

Requirements:

• Background in Finance / IT / accounting
• Possess 2-4 years of relevant project finance experience, supporting technology/IT related projects
• Past experience in keeping track of project budget, expenses
• Past experience handling invoice and billing, interacting with vendors
• Possess strong excel skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders at all levels.
