Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians to manage and maintain various facilities, buildings, and service systems such as ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, BMS, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection, Waste Water Treatment, and ASRS.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance work on all facilities, buildings, and service systems in-house.
Handle day-to-day maintenance tasks for building services, keep detailed maintenance records, and documentation.
Coordinate with contractors for regular servicing and emergency repairs to ensure smooth operation of systems.
Be on standby to address system faults outside office hours, on weekends, and holidays when needed.
Minimize downtime of facilities and services systems during operations.
Manage and keep track of spare parts, tools, and instruments for maintenance purposes.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations and documentation.
Provide training to technicians on maintaining facilities, buildings, and services systems.
Adapt and manage any additional systems as delegated by the Head of Department.
Undertake any other assigned ad hoc duties.

Job Requirement:

Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is advantageous.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with unit management in SAP EWM / PP is a plus.
The ASRS Engineer should possess technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with experience in warehouse automation systems and project management.

The ideal candidate must be physically fit to handle heights (over 40m) and cold environments (below -25°C) as part of the job requirements.

Other Job Information: 5-day work week, based in Senoko Road.
