Responsibilities:

• Partner with various stakeholders to manage the endtoend recruitment of their teams
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of advising talent decisions, sharing innovative solutions, giving critical feedback throughout hiring process
• Prepare periodical data reports on metrics and benchmarks, and able to analyse these metrics to assess areas of improvement
• Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation and benefits
• Understand various types of employee reports to proactively research and propose decisions and solutions (e.g. compensation, job levels, and attrition)
• Gather and analyse competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits and employment practices and suggest appropriately
• Partner and support in regional People projects and involvement in early stages of crafting and strategising new policies/initiatives

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in Recruitment preferred
• Passionate about technology, Fintech and the retail space
• Strong interpersonal skills with high energy
• A keen attention to detail
• Strong creative problem solving skills
