    Job Summary: Develop and implement pricing regulatory frameworks for Changi and Seletar Airports, analyzing financial performances and managing airport licensee matters.

    Responsibilities

    • Analysis and assessment of financial performances of Changi Airport and Seletar Airport licensees, including revenue and cost drivers.
    • Developing, implementing, and reviewing pricing regulatory frameworks for Changi and Seletar Airports.
    • Managing matters relating to the airport licensee, including reviewing airport economic regulation legislation and conditions, coordinating engagement sessions, and reviewing requests and approvals for regulatory matters.
    • Monitoring ICAO airport economic regulation matters and developing positions and interventions for Singapore where necessary.
    • Being involved in work related to the financing of Changi East developments.

    Requirements

    • Excellent analytical, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent writing and communications skills.
    • Competent in the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and a good team player.
    • Training in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting, or possessing experience in economic regulation preferred.

    Your appointment designation will be commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
