Description
Looking for Admin Assistant in Aircon office enviroment.Job scope:
- 1) Assist in daily packing of online orders (Health/IT products)
3) Assist in shipping documents preparation, checking on shipment status and compilation for Business Development Manager.
4) Any other jobs instructed.
Requirement:
- Knowledge on using computer
- Understand English
- Able to carry load of 68kg
- Required to communicate with Supplier & Buyer
- Booking with courier company for delivery
- Able to work under tight schedule
- Willing to learn
Working Hour:
Mon to Fri from 0830hrs - 1800hrs
Annual Leave: 12 Days
