Looking for Admin Assistant in Aircon office enviroment.


Job scope:

  • 1) Assist in daily packing of online orders (Health/IT products)
2) Assist Accounts Executive in daily administrative work.

3) Assist in shipping documents preparation, checking on shipment status and compilation for Business Development Manager.

4) Any other jobs instructed.


Requirement:

  • Knowledge on using computer
  • Understand English
  • Able to carry load of 68kg
  • Required to communicate with Supplier & Buyer
  • Booking with courier company for delivery
  • Able to work under tight schedule
  • Willing to learn

Working Hour:
Mon to Fri from 0830hrs - 1800hrs

Annual Leave: 12 Days

Other perks to be discussed upon interview.

Able to start work asap
