Our hotel group is seeking an experienced and result-driven International Director of Sales to join our team.

The primary responsibility of the International Director of Sales will be to develop and implement successful sales strategies and travel packages that will increase occupancy rates and drive revenue growth through connecting with travel agencies and other methods to expand the market segments.

This requires experience in sales and hospitality, the ability to work flexible hours, and a desire to establish our hotel's presence to overseas customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Build strong relationships with a network of travel agencies to grow our customer base.
  • Determining client needs promptly and suggesting suitable travel packages
  • Attend tourism trade shows and seminars to create brand awareness, generate new leads, and network with industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to design and implement promotional materials.
  • Continually analyze market trends and develop strategies to respond accordingly.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, and allocate resources optimally.
  • Partner with Revenue Management to plan and execute pricing strategies.
  • Develop and manager sales team.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Hospitality. (Optional)
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through developing and managing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A deep understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
  • Fluency in English is essential; fluency in other languages is an advantage.

$3, $6,000.00 per month
