Description
Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.

  • Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimization.
  • Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financial data.
  • Coordinate Group consolidation for financial and management reporting.
  • Involve in the preparation and consolidation of group budgets and forecasts.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure timing filing.
  • Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
  • Adhoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction
  • Minimum 2 years of consolidation experience at Group level
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
