Retail Marcom Executive - Singapore - Jobline Resources Pte Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition of postpaid mobile services via direct & digital marketing to reach target audience.
- Develop communication plan(s) for new device launch or existing devices that is datadriven and/or segmentfocused with accountability on the effectiveness and efficiency of the communications.
- Keep abreast of marketing trends & adopt a testandlearn mentality.
- Monitor competitors' activities
- Work closely with creative agencies on deliverables that may include paid advertising, websites, social media, instores and/or onground activation.
- Ensure optimal customer experience for all customer touchpoints online, shops and etc.
- Ensure consistency in key communication message across all customer touchpoints online, shops and etc
- Management of allocated marketing budgets that includes raising PO, closing invoices and forecasting.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Marketing and Communication with 23 years' experience, in fastpaced B2C environment, either in marketing agency or corporate environment.
- Basic knowledge in digital marketing media channels and ad formats.
- Advanced written communication skills in English.
- Great interpersonal skill & good project management to work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
