We seek individuals with strong motivation, aspiring to advance and take on leadership positions within the management team.


Responsibilities:


  • Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of various organizational functions, encompassing planning, budgeting, sales, and recruitment
  • Prospecting by using digital marketing tools and mobile apps to engage clients
  • Establish and expand a client base by providing solutions, and fostering longterm relationships
  • Actively participating in meetings, workshops, and events
  • Compile analysis and deliver presentations to fellow team members
  • Conduct and curate evaluation analysis
  • Developing an understanding of management perspectives, company policies, protocols, and processes
  • Predefine goals and fulfill at the onset of the traineeship
  • Stay observed to experienced staff and their duties
  • Provide necessary support across various departments, including tasks such as data entry, creating presentations, strategic planning, and addressing client service matters
  • Generate reports on the performance of clients' portfolios and investments

Requirement:


  • Minimum qualification of a Diploma or higher
  • Openness to learning and adaptability to various working environments
  • Comprehensive training and personalized oneonone mentorship will be offered
