JR49242 Engineer - PLN Ops Modelling

Responsibilities:

Maintain and validate capacity/space models to enable accurate assessment of production loading needs
Develop models for nonequipment related capability to meet the Fab output requirements.
Managing complex projects across several different departments and sites, working proactively with other departments to identify areas of improvement and actions.
Coordinating efforts of the site industrial engineering teams to continuously improve production metrics and optimize use of installed capital
Understand the impact to the metrics driven by output changes through scenario analysis Provide inputs and support network optimization and longterm strategy discussions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
Good in written communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment, with good integrity and character
Ability to multitask and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
Proficient in programming skill will be an added advantage
