Description
Responsibilities
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to follow up on shipment and deliveries
- Monitor and ensure proper execution of trade including but not limited to contract issuance, logistics arrangement, LC issuance, documentary instructions, dem/des settlement.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely collection and payment in compliance with contractual terms/conditions. Resolve any payment issues in collaboration with treasury, accounting and commercial team.
- Risk prompting for possible risk points in the process of business execution, timely feedback on problems in the process of business execution and seek effective solutions.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, information technology
- Working experience agricultural products and derivatives is preferred
- Proficient in Chinese, fluent communications with Chinese-speaking business partners, and other languages are also welcomed
- Adapt to the work of the US trading time session, results-oriented, with initiative, drive and interpersonal skills
