Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THK
MC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the
elderly and the sick,
families,
persons with disabilities, and
children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

Operations Executive (Disability Service)

RESPONSIBILITIES
THK Home for the Disabled division runs five main Homes and Hostels for the Disabled.

The division aims to ensure that adults with disabilities enjoy the highest possible quality of life, especially in the areas of health and well-being, participation, independence, decision-making and inclusion.

Structured programmes are designed to suit the residents of different age groups and profiles to train and develop their capabilities in self-help, community living, socialization, perceptual-cognitive and motor skills.

As an Operations Executive, you are required to ensure the welfare, safety and care of our clients; maintenance of the building and equipment; inventory of all equipment and furniture of the Homes and handling complaints from clients.
