Our Singapore office is searching for experienced Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineers to join our Buildings Services team in our Built Environment sector.

Our projects are predominately building-based, but you will have the opportunity to work on our new major buildings projects in Singapore, and be involved in contributing to some of Singaporeâs largest building and aviation projects. In this role, you will find opportunities for strong career progression by contributing to boutique and large-scale projects based both locally, regionally and globally.

To be successful in this position you will have solid experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in Building Services. You will be part of an established mechanical engineering team responsible for designs on building mechanical systems to meet our client and project expectations.

A long-term focus of this role may include developing overall project manager experience with an aim to take on these projects as a part of your role. Ideally youâll have experience in large scale mixed use, education, commercial, institutional projects.

Candidate Specification

What youâll bring to the team:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• 5+ years of experience demonstrated through roles at quality firms.
• Focus on sustainable design.
• Strong communication skills, able to work as a standout colleague and self-motivated.
• Client focused with the ability to develop pragmatic options that respond to their needs.
• Be able to co-ordinate across multiple projects.
• Track record in developing flexible and creative solutions, from project inception, concept and design development through to construction administration and project after-care.
• Preparation of concept sketches, reports, detailed designs including specifications and drawings.
• Developing skills in project management and leading projects.
• A broad CV to demonstrate experience.
• Candidates who demonstrate experience may be considered for the level of Principal engineer.
