Sales & Consulting Support Specialist - Singapore - TRITON AI CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales process. Prepare quotations and contracts, follow up to ensure the completion of sales cycles. Filing of contracts.
- Spearhead client onboarding procedures. Collating client documents for KYC checks.
- Foster effective collaboration with finance and delivery teams. Streamlining client onboarding, billing, and related matters.
- Maintain and update the business development sales pipeline report.
- Provide essential administrative support. Prepare presentation materials, coordinate travel arrangements, manage filing systems, process claims, verify invoices.
- Monitor and update accounts receivable aging, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of outstanding payments in liaison with finance team.
- Undertake any additional ad hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and versatility in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and OneDrive, with advanced proficiency in document management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated meticulousness with a keen eye for detail, coupled with strong organizational abilities and a proven track record of effective filing and organizing skills.
- Proactive in followup actions and capable of working independently while also fostering teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, multitask effectively, and perform well under pressure.
