    We are currently seeking highly passionate, dedicated, and reliable Online Math Teacher(s) with a proficient understanding of the Singapore Mathematics Syllabus to implement an approved curriculum in an online learning setting that motivates students to reach their academic potential.

    Our ideal candidate will craft tailored educational plans to facilitate the intellectual, social, and emotional development of all students. The aim is to nurture students' interest in education and be a committed partner throughout their learning journey.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, arrange, and deliver lessons to enhance students' overall progress and well-being
    • Cultivate a positive and inclusive online classroom environment
    • Employ various teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs
    • Promote excellent student performance for all individuals in the class
    • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
    • Regularly update parents on students' achievements and progress
    • Assess, document, and communicate students' development and progress
    • Participate in curriculum meetings and training sessions
    • Available for work on four weekdays and one weekend

    We're looking for candidates with:

    • A diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field with a relevant specialization or Education Degree
    • 1-2 years of pertinent teaching experience
    • Effective verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
    • Creative, optimistic, and energetic demeanor
    • A commitment to continuous self-improvement
    • Proficiency in computer usage

    Given the remote nature of the role, you will need:

    • A personal computer with an integrated or separate webcam
    • Headset with a microphone
    • Reliable high-speed internet connection
    • A well-lit, distraction-free workspace for conducting lessons
